6 eggs
6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
jigger of brandy, dark rum, or whiskey
hot water or milk
grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat to a stiff froth 6 egg whites. Gradually add 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar until blended. Beat 6 egg yolks until fluffy and golden color. Fold yolks into whites. Pour 2 Tbsp. of this mixture into a mug. To each mug add a jigger of brandy, dark rum, or whiskey. Fill mugs with very hot water or milk. Stir well and sprinkle tops with grated nutmeg.

Note: To get the greatest volume when beating egg whites, see that they are properly separated and are at 65 to 75 degrees.
