cake -
1 pkg white cake mix,
11/4 c water,
3 egg whites,
1/3 c vegetable oil,
1 t vanilla extract,
3 sq (1 oz each) white baking chocolate (melted),

filling - 3/4 c semisweet choc chips, 2T butter (no fakes)

frosting -
1 can vanilla frosting,
3 sq.white baking chocolate (melted),
1 t vanilla,
1 carton Cool Whip

Cake - in a mixing bowl combine the dry cake mix, water, egg whites, oil, and vanilla. Beat 2 min on low. Stir in white chocolate and pour in 13 X 9 greased pan. Bake at 350º F for 25-30 min.
In microwave or heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate ships and butter. Stir until smooth and carefully spread over warm cake.
In a mixing bowl, beat frosting. Stir in white choc & vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip and frost cake.
Store in refrigerator
