1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve butter in boiling water. Add flour and cook until very thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Beat in one egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Drop by spoonfuls on oiled cookie sheet. Keep each mound well apart. After baking, cool, and fill with custard of your choice.

Baking temperatures are:
450º for 15 minutes.
400º for 40 to 50 minutes.
375º for 25 minutes
