Yellow or white cake mix
2 cubes melted butter
3 eggs
1 large can pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice or 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp cloves
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, pumpkin, sugar, milk, and spices and spread in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Drizzle 2 cubes melted butter (sometimes only 1 cube butter is enough) over top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Bake 350º for 1 hour.
