1 yellow cake mix
1 can cream of coconut (15 oz) (Coco Lopez brand sold by soda)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. cool whip
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)- 20 oz
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to box. Bake in 9z13 pan. Prick cake with fork all over. Shake can of cream of coconut well and pour over cake. Pour can of sweetened milk over cake. Allow liquids to absorb into cake (may be several hours). Combine cool whip and pineapple. Spread evenly over cake. Refrigerate.
