Ingredients:
Ingredients:

1 10 oz. Can of White Chicken
Drain and flake the chicken with a fork in a large bowl

ADD THE FOLLOWING:

1/4 C. chopped pecans
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
1/8 C. chopped celery
½ of a medium delicious apple, diced
½ C red seedless grapes, diced
1 heaping Tb. Sweet relish
1 heaping Tb. Dill relish
2 heaping Tb. Mayonnaise (Add extra to taste)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate

I usually add ½ to 1 teaspoon of sugar but this is just to my taste.

Other options:
Add mandarin orange instead of the grapes
Add dill
Add pineapple instead of the grapes or could add both
In fact you could add just about anything to suit your families taste.
