1 lb. graham crackers
1 lb. melted butter
3 oz. chopped almonds
2-6oz. cream cheese
3 lbs. sour cream
8 whole eggs
9 egg yolks
1 c.sugar
3 T. vanilla
1 oz. curaco
zest of 1 lemon
zest of 1 orange

Mix by hand the graham crackers, butter and almonds. Press into large spring form 3/8 thick.
Filling: Combine cream cheese, sour cream and all eggs. Soften for a few minutes then add all the other ingredients until smooth and without lumps. Bake at 250 for 2 hours.
