6 Chicken Breast
1 Small Sour Cream
35 Ritz Crackers
2 Cans Mushroom Soup
1 Stick Butter
2 tsp. Poppy Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken till tender. Place chicken chunks in greased 13x9 casserole. Mix soup and sour cream-spread oven chicken. Crush Ritz crackers fins; mix with poppy seed; sprinkle over soup mixture. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
