1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Round Steak - Cut Into 1" Cubes
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 Onion - Chopped
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
1/2 c. Boiling Water
(1) 4 oz. Can Mushrooms or 1/2 lb. Fresh Mushrooms Sliced 1/4" Thick
1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1tbsp. Catsup
2/3 c. Sour Cream
Rice or Noodles To Serve On

Brown round steak in 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. olive oil. Add one (1) chopped onion. Dissolve one (1) beef bouillon cube in 1/2 c. of boiling water and add when meat is browned.

Add one (1) 4 oz. can of mushrooms or 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms sliced 1/4" thick, 1 tsp. of worchestershire sauce and 1 tbsp. of catsup.

Cook gently until meat is tender, about 20 minutes.

Before serving add 2/3 c. of sour cream and heat gently.

Serve on hot rice or noodles.

If mixture is too thick a little water or white wine can be added.
