3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar plus 1/2 to 3/4 c for rolling
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 bag chocolate kisses

Directions:
Mix flour, baking soda and salt, set aside. Cream together butter, peanut butter, gradually add both sugars, mix well. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients. Roll dough into 1" balls, roll each in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet, bake for 8 minutes at 350º. Remove from oven, and press 1 piece of chocolate into each ball, and bake for 5 more minutes.
