1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls (walnut size). Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes. Let stand 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. Roll in powdered sugar.
