6 lbs baby back ribs
1 onion, sliced
Cooking oil
Bottled bar-b-que sauce

Cut rib rack into 6 or 7 pieces. Cover with flour. Heat oil in a skillet and saute onions. Remove onions from skillet. Brown ribs and place in a large baking pan covered with aluminum foil. Ribs may be on top of each other. Place onions on top of ribs and cover with as much bar-b-que sauce as you like. Cook at 375º for 2 hours or until done.
