4 Tbsp.. Milk
1/4 tsp. ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 Tbsp. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Optional additions:2 green onions, thinly sliced; 1/3-1/2 C. Ham, thinly sliced or cut in cubes; 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning

In a large microwave-safe dish, whisk together eggs, milk, pepper, and salt. Stir in any optional additions.
Microwave (uncovered) on high for 45 seconds; stir with a fork. Continue cooking until eggs are almost set, about 45 seconds more. Remove from microwave.
With a clean spoon, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese; cover with a paper towel. Let stand until cheese has melted and eggs are set, about 1 minute. Serve immediately.
