Fresh Spinach (2 bags),
Water Chestnuts,
Bean Sprouts (opt),
bacon -cooked crisp 10-12 slices.

Dressing:
1 cup oil (veg or canola),
3/4 c sugar,
1/3 c catsup,
1/4 c vinegar,
4 tsp. Worchestershire sauce,
1/2 tsp. salt,
2 small onions.

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and stem spinach. Add sliced water chestnuts.
Put all ingredients for dressing into a blender and throughly blend until creamy.
Pour dressing over spinach and add bacon and sprouts. Mix thoroughly, being careful not to add too much dressing.
