2 cups sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup dairy whipping cream
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp. soda, wet with vinegar
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and butter. Beat till fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Add vanilla. Stir in whipping cream, soda, and flour. Mix well. Batter will be stiff. Chill 1-2 hours before rolling out. Roll out to 1/4" thick on lightly floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes. You can sprinkle colored sugar on them before baking or ice after cooled.
