20 lb bone-in fresh ham
1 (20 oz) can sliced pineapple
Whole cloves
2 cans/bottles of beer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

Place ham, fattier side up in roaster. Use toothpicks to secure pineapple rings on the ham. Insert cloves evenly spaced into ham. Pour beer over ham. Place lid on roasting pan.

Bake 6-8 hours.

Remove pineapple rings and cloves; let sit 15 minutes before slicing.
