2 1/2 lb. Chicken wings, cut in half at joint
Garlic salt
1 C. Corn starch
2 Eggs, beaten
Vegetable oil

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
3/4 C. Sugar
6 oz. can Crushed Pineapple (reserve 2/3 C. juice)
3 Tbsp. Ketchup
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. Salt

Sprinkle chicken wings with garlic salt. Place corn starch in a bowl. Put beaten eggs in a bowl. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan. Roll chicken wings in corn starch and then dip in egg. Fry in hot oil until brown. Place fried chicken on cookie sheet.

Sweet and Sour Sauce:
Drain pineapple, reserve 2/3 C. juice. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, crushed pineapple, reserved pineapple juice, ketchup, soy sauce, Accent and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until sauce thickens.
Drizzle chicken wings with 1/2 of the sweet and sour sauce. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Turn wings over and drizzle with remaining sweet and sour sauce. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
