6 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 pkg. of Wonton Skins
Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with salt and garlic powder.
Take 1 wonton skin and spoon 1/2 Tbsp. of cream cheese mixture onto the center of it. Fold wonton skin over forming a triangle, moisten edges with finger dipped in water, pinch edges to seal and fold opposite corners across each other. Continue with remaining wonton skins and cream cheese mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in frying pan or a deep fryer. Fry filled wonton skins in hot oil until golden brown, drain on paper towel.
