8 qt. box instant Non-fat dry milk
8 oz. *Coffee-mate (powdered non-dairy creamer)
1 lb. powdered Nestle Quick chocolate mix
1 C. Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt

*May substitute your favorite flavored non-dairy creamer, i.e. Hazelnut, Peppermint, French Vanilla.

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients together well. Store in airtight plastic container (a 5 qt. ice cream pail works great).
To use: Spoon 1/3 C. of mix in a mug, fill with hot water, stir and enjoy.
