3 3/4 cup hot tap water
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey (6 Tbsp. sugar)
2 1/4 tsp. salt
10-11 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/4 Tbsp. SAF instant yeast


Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients 1-4 in mixing bowl on speed 1. Mix while adding 2 cups flour. Add yeast and continue adding flour until the sides and bottom of bowl are free from dough (dough will still be very sticky). Mix no more than 5 minutes on speed 1. Turn to speed 2 and mix covered for 10 minutes. Turn machine off. Oil bread pans with Pam. Oil hands and roll dough into equal loaves. Raise in oven on "warm" (150-170 degrees) for 20 minutes. Then increase temperature to 350 degrees and cook for 30-35 minutes.
