1 medium onion
12 flour tortillas
10 oz. can enchilada sauce
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/2 - 3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. hamburger
12 oz. can Mexicorn w/ pimentos
16 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion with hamburger. Cook, stirring until brown. Add corn, rosemary, oregano and marjoram. Add tomato and enchilada sauces. Simmer. Grease bottom of 9x13 pan and arrange six tortillas to cover bottom. Pour half the mixture over tortillas. Layer other six tortillas and and add remaining sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Top with grated cheese.

This recipe was prepared by my sister Sue in Colorado using vegeburger. We replaced the vegeburger with hamburger and it has been a family favorite.
