Sauce:
1 tablespoon minced onion (dehydrated)
3 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can mushroom, drained (reserve liquid)
1 beef buillon cube

Salisbury Steak Mixture:
1/3 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons minced green onion tops
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

For sauce:
In saucepan, melt butter and saute onions until soft. Stir in flour; blend well. Add mushrooms and bouillon. Add reserved mushroom liquid and enough water to make 1 1/4 cups; stir and cook until thickened.

Keep warm while preparing Salisbury Steaks.

In skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter over low heat. Remove from heat and add to remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Cook in skillet until done.

Serve with mushroom sauce.
