Peach Enchiladas Recipe

1 pkg. burrito size flour tortillas
1 can peach pie filling (or
1 1/2 c. sugar
apple or cherry)
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Place 2 T. of filling in the center of each tortilla. Spread and roll tortilla. Place in pyrex pan, seam down. In a small pot, bring the sugar, water and butter to a boil. Pour about 2/3 on top of tortillas.
Allow to soak in sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. Sprinkle with dry sugar and cinnamon on top.
Bake 350º for 30 minutes or until brown.
Serve with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream!
