1 pkg Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe
1 (3.4 oz) pkg Vanilla instant
Classic Yellow Cake Mix
pudding
4 large eggs
1 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 (12 oz) pkg. semi-sweet
Confectioners' sugar, for garnish

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 10 inch bundt pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes with electric mixer. Stir in chips and pecans. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired.
