3 c. Oatmeal
3/4 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Butter or Margarine
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
Handful Slivered Almonds

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º Fahrenheit

Mix all ingredients together and pout into 13" X 9" buttered pan.

Bake at 375º for 25 minutes or until top is a light brown.

You can also add dried fruits and pour into small ramekins for baking and serving individually.

This dish is such a treat and served on special occasions and holidays. I like to add dried fruit to this dish as well (such as dried cranberries). If you add dried fruit, you add with all the other ingredients so it is baked in. You can also pour the mixture into small ramekins for baking and serving individually.
