4 Chicken breasts (with or without bone in)
4 Lemons
4 T olive oil
1/2 stick of butter
28 oz. can of tomato sause
14 oz. water
salt and pepper
Cinnamon
Cloves
1/2 to full box of thin spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the chicken breasts and pat dry.
Salt and pepper to liking and put in a bowl.
Squeeze all lemons over the chicken and let them marinate while you continue. (turn the chicken ocassionally)
Melt butter and olive oil in a pot. Heat hot enough to start frying.
Put chicken in the pot and brown on both sides. (reserve the lemon juice in the bowl!)
Remove chicken from the pot and put aside.
in the same pot pour the tomato sauce and the 14 oz. of water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the chicken.
Add 4 shakes of cinnamon and 1 pinch of cloves.
Simmer for appx 45 to 60 minutes.
Cook spaghetti as directed and place the chicken on top and puor sauce over it.

It is mandatory that this be served with garlic bread!
Also, this will not be a thick sauce, and tastes even better the next day.
