3 1/2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBSP each, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
3 cups sugar
1 jar pumpkin butter
2 cups canned pumpkin
4 eggs
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup veg. oil

Heat oven to 350º.
Mix dry ingrediants together, set aside, in another bowl mix all wet ingrediants together, beating well by hand, do not use a mixer. Add the wet to the dry ingrediants, stir well, make sure it's well blended. Pour batter into 2 standard size greased and floured loaf pans or 4 or 5 small ones.
Bake for up to 1 hour checking every 5 minutes after 45. Middle of loaves should done, batter free when poked with skewer.

This is a wonderful spicy bread, great with cream cheese, or on it's own. For something really over the top, use both loaves to make Harvest Bread pudding.
