1/2 stick butter
1 onion chopped
1 can artichoke hearts
2 packs of frozen spinach
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Tabasco to taste
chips, Melba rounds or veggies for dipping

Saute onion in butter until soft. Put all other ingredients in pot and melt on low heat. Add Tabasco to taste. Enjoy!
