5 lbs. ground chuck
6 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
2 medium onions chopped
1 head garlic chopped
1/2 cup parsley chopped
10 eggs
2 cups bread crumbs
1 large can diced tomatoes (combined with 1 can water)
2 cans tomato paste (combined with 2 cans water)
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. basil

Mix all ingredients together, roll into balls; bake 40 minutes at 350.
Red Sauce: Saute onions in oil then add garlic. Add diced tomatoes and 1 can water. Stir in paste and 2 cans water. Add basil and simmer for 40 minutes.
