1/3 c cream
1/4 c corn syrup
Dash of salt

Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 pkg morsels (butterscotch) and 1 t vanilla. When melted, set aside about 30 minutes. Spread on a cool cake.
