1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Bacardi rum
3 egg yolks
Sprinkle of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Pour into blender and blend all ingredients, except nutmeg. Blend on high speed one or two minutes. Keep covered and refrigerate until ready to serve. Blend 30 seconds before serving into short crystal glasses. Sprinkle each separate eggnog with nutmeg
