1 whole chicken cut into 8 pieces
2 quarts water
1 small chopped onions
1 tbsp of chopped green bell pepper
4 minced garlic cloves
1 small chopped ripe tomato or 1 tbsp of can tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Pinch Spanish saffron or Bijol
2 sliced carrots
2 cubed potatoes
Extra thin soup noodles or noodles of your choice
2 cube chicken bouillon )

In large pot, add water, chicken and all other ingredients except for the vegetables. Cover pot, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 1 hour-and-a-half. Once the chicken is fully cooked, take, take it out and set it aside. Pass all the liquid through a colander. Add vegetables and simmer for at least 15 minutes. In the mean time, take the skin off the chicken and pull the meat off the bones. Add noodles until fully cook. Once noodles are cooked, turn off the stove and add the chicken to pot.
