4 skirt steaks
3 chopped onions
4 mashed garlic cloves
Juice of 2 sour oranges (naranja agria)
4 eggs
1 cup cracker meal
Salt to taste
Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate steaks overnight with sour orange juice, garlic, and salt. Next day, in bowl, beat eggs. Pat steaks dry with paper towels and dip them in eggs, then coat with cracker meal on both sides. Put aside.

Chop onions and fry in large frying pan, till soft. Add garlic from marinade and saute 30 seconds. Add marinade and saute till juice evaporates. Serve on a dish and put aside. Add more olive oil to frying pan. Fry steaks until golden brown and pour onions and garlic saute over them. Serve hot!
