1 package Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp almond or vanilla extract
Fresh Fruit

Directions:
Press cookie dough onto a round pizza pan. If the dough is sticky, use a metal spatula. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes and let cool. Mix cream cheese, extract and powdered sugar. Spread over top of cookie. Use any combination of frest fruit; strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, peaches, etc. and sprinkler over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with coconut and refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.

You can buy or make individual sugar cookies and frost them with ready-made cream cheese frosting, then sprinkle with fruit for a quick, easy and stunning dessert.
