1.5 lbs. ground beef
1.5 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except ketchup. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Place about 1/3 cup beef mixture into each of 12 medium muffin cups. Press lightly, spread ketchup over top. Bake in 400 degree over for 20 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
