4 oz pecans - chopped
2 c self rising flour
1/2 c sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 t vanilla
Confectioner sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and vanilla. Mix well in mixer. Add pecans.
Roll into balls. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool and roll in confectioners sugar.
