1 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic chopped fine
1 tsp red pepper flakes
pinch of salt
2 tsp chopped fresh Italian parsley

Directions:

Warm the oil just a little in small saucepan, add the garlic, red pepper flakes, the vinegar and the salt. Stir together and let cool to room temperature.
