2 c dried navy beans
1/2 lb salt pork
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 c molasses
1/2 tsp mustard
1 medium onion, diced
2 tsp. catsup
water

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Drain. Heat cooker and sear salt pork.
Add remaining ingredients with enough water to cover beans.
Place cover on cooker.
Allow steam to flow from vent pipe to release all air from cooker.
Place indicator weight on vent pipe and cook beans 40 min. with stem at COOK position.Let stem return to DOWN position before opening.
