2 egg whites
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/4 lb confectioner sugar
1 t vanilla
nuts
3 unsweetened chocolate squares
3 T parowax

Directions:
Directions:
Beat whites of 2 eggs until stiff. Cream 1/4 lb of butter. Mix with hand until eggs get watery. Add gradually 1 1/4 lbs (4 1/2 cups) of sifted confectioners sugar. When these ingredients are well mixed, add 1 t vanilla and nuts. Roll out in little balls and put in refrigerator until hard.
Melt 3 squares of unsweetened chocolate. Add about 3 T of chipped parowax. Stir until melted. Stick toothpick into balls and dip.
