2 large cans sliced, cling peaches (17 oz.cans)
4 T vinegar
24 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 pkgs (3 oz pkgs) peach or orange flavored gelatin

Directions:
Drain peaches, measuring syrup. Add water to syrup to make 3 1/2 cups. Dice the peaches. Combine measured liquid, vinegar, and spices in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Strain, discarding spices. Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in peaches and pour into pyrex dish (13"x9"). Chill until firm.
