6 med carrots, thinly sliced
2 tbsp of brown sugar
2 tbsp of butter
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 inch water to boiling in 3-quart saucepan; add carrots. Heat to boiling ; reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer
about 5 miuntes or until crisp-tender; drain and set aside.
Cook brown sugar, margarine and ginger in same saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly. Stir in carrots. Cook 2 to 4 minute over low heat, stirring occasionally, until carrots are glazed and hot.
