2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 cups milk
1 cup cooked and diced potatoes
1/4 cup minced onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add potatoes, onions, and cheese. Heat over low heat until cheese is melted. DO NOT BOIL.
