1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 (6oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pecans in a lightly greased 9 inch square pan. Combine sugar, butter in small saucepan, cook over low heat stiring constantly until mixture reaches a boil. Cook 4 minutes and remove from heat. Pour over pecans in pan. Sprinkle chips over top of butter mixture. Cover with foil and let stand 2 minutes. Remove foil and spread chips over mixture. Chill at least 3 hours and break into bite size pieces.
