Streusel:
1 package devil's food cake mix
1 cup finely chopped pecans
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Cake:
3 eggs
1 1/3 cups water
1/2 cup oil

Topping:
1 container whipped topping
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 10 inch bundt pan.

For streusel, combine 2 tablespoons cake mix, 1 cup pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

For cake: Combine remaining cake mix, eggs, water and oil. Beat 2 minutes. Pour 2/3 of batter into pan. Sprinkle with reserved streusel. Pour remaining batter evenly over streusel. Bake at 350º for 55-60 minutes. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Cool completely.

For topping, place whipped topping in medium bowl. Fold in cocoa until blended. Spread on cooled cake. Garnish with chopped pecans.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
