1 lb.peeled crawfish tails
1 10.5 oz. can Creme of Celery soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 chopped bellpepper
1/4 stalk of chopped celery
black pepper & garlic powder (to taste)
1/4 lb. of butter
8 oz. cooked pasta (your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta while you are chopping seasoning.
Saute onion, bellpeper & celery in butter, about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle black pepper & garlic powder to taste
Add soup and let simmer over low heat about 10 minutes.
Add defrosted crawfish tails, blend thoroughly and let simmer about 5 minutes.
Pour crawfish sauce over cooked pasta and blend together.
Serve hot with garlic bread
