6 - 8 quarts popped popcorn
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Spray large turkey roaster (or other large pan with deep edges) with non-stick spray. Put half of popcorn in pan. Boil sugar, butter, syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and baking soda. Pour 1/2 mixture over popcorn in pan. Put rest of popcorn in pan and pour remaining hot mixture over it. Stir well with wooden spoon.
Bake 225º for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
