Ingredients:  
1 small green pepper, diced
1 egg
3 slices of bacon
1/2 small white or yellow
1 c. rice
onion, diced
soy sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and let cool. In a medium frying pan, cook bacon completely and remove from pan. In same pan, saute chopped green pepper and onion. When vegetables are brown, add egg and scramble with fork. Once egg is cooked, add rice and bacon to pan. Coat with soy sauce and mi until rice is completely brown and all ingredients are mixed well.
