Ingredients:  
1 can sour cherries, drained
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. small orange Jell-O
5 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. pre-baked pie crust
pinch red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Pour pineapple, sugar and flour in a pan. Cook on low heat until thick. Add dry Jell-O and food coloring. Cook briefly. Add bananas and cherries. Cover and cook briefly. Pour thickened mixture into pre-baked pie crust. Cool. Top with Cool Whip.
