6 oz. marinated artichokes
1/3 c. mayonnaise
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 green pepper, cubed
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's chicken flavored rice
1/2 jar green stuffed olives
Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice per package. Mix liquid from artichokes with mayonnaise. Add: onion, pepper, olives and artichoke's. Stir in rice mixture - heat on low heat.
