1 - 2lb. Jimmy Dean Hot sausage
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 c. ranch dressing
1 pkg. refrigerated wonton wrappers
1 c. sliced black olives, drained
1 red pepper, diced
Directions:
Directions:
In large cupcake pan, greased, gently push the wonton wrappers into each cupcake opening. Lightly brown in oven at 350º. In large bowl, combine browned and drained sausage, cheeses and ranch dressing. Stir until combined. Take wonton out of oven. Spoon in mixture into the center of wontons. Return to oven until cheese melts. Remove and tope with olives and/or red peppers.
